High Usage Charge (HUC) is being eliminated for Domestic/DM customers effective from October 1. For customers that have a cross over bill period (September to October) HUC will no longer be applicable.
We are making improvements to SCE.com. You won't be able to complete transactions from 2:00 AM on Sunday, August 18th until 8:00 AM on Sunday, August 18th.
You can report or check on an outage by calling 1-800-611-1911. If you have questions about your account, including billing, or if you need to make a payment, start or stop service or complete any other transaction, please visit SCE.com after 8:00 AM Sunday 8/18/2024.
